Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Three night or 50% deposit required (whichever is greater), applied to first and last two nights. Balance is due 30 days before arrival, 45 days for Christmas -New Years weeks. Deposit is refundable less 5% service charge for cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to arrival; 45 days for Christmas-New Years weeks. Cancellations after this will
result in prepayment forfeit. Travelers Cheques, Mastercard, Visa,
Discover and American Express accepted. Account may not be settled with personal checks. Rates subject to change without notice.

 From the U.S., American, Continental, TWA, UASir, Delta and other airlines offer direct flights to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
then take American Eagle, or LIAT to St. Kitts.Several North American and European airlines offer direct service to nearby
Antigua and St. Maarten. From these islands we can help arrange a private charter or book a scheduled flight on LIAT ,
Caribbean Star or Winair. Some charter companies provide direct flights with "air-only" rates from London, Manchester,
Toronto, Boston, Detroit and other cities.
Passport or other proof of citizenship is
required for travel to St. Kitts.
We recommend a carry-on bag with essentials,
in the unlikely event that your luggage is delayed.
Currency and Language: E.C. (Eastern Caribbean) is the local currency ($2.70 E.C. = $1 U.S). U.S. dollars are accepted all over the island. English
is the official language of St. Kitts. Dollars are accepted everywhere on the island. English is the

Guest room facilities: All rooms are equipped with room safes, coffee makers, irons and hair blow dryers. Minibars in Supreme
rooms. Electric current is 110v (as used in the U.S.) All rooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning. TV or DVD available in some
rooms by prior request.
Attire:
Attire at dinnertime is "smart casual". Dinner jacket is not required, though a light sweater or jacket may be desired in
the "al fresco" dining room. T-shirts, jeans and shorts are not appropriate at dinnertime.
