Three nights or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) required to guarantee reservation. Deposit is refundable less 20% service charge upon written cancellation received at least 45 days before arrival date. Cancellations after this will result in forfeit of prepayment. Traveler Cheques, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted. Sorry, no personal checks.

• Royal Suite Cottage: Rate is for up to four guests, including children.
• Grand Villa: Rate is based on up to two guests per room, including children.

10% service charge, 10% VAT and 2% Island Enhancement Tax (as per St. Kitts law) are additional to all room, food and beverages purchased. Subject to change without prior notice.

At the time of reservation, please let us know if we can prearrange your airport transfers, to be provided by a reliable taxi. Current fare is $45 U.S. round-trip for up to four passengers.
